Green Campus Building Plan

A major component of the Hickory Day School Go Green initiative is the ten-year Green Campus Building Plan for using our natural and economic resources to construct sustainable buildings and practice native landscaping.

We invite contributions from individuals or businesses in support of our master development plan and Phase I of construction.

Diversity Scholarship Fund

An appreciation for diversity is at the heart of who we are as families and friends of Hickory Day School. We often say we are “proud to be an International Baccalaureate world school” and recognizing and valuing diversity is central to our philosophy of living and learning.

The Diversity Scholarship Fund was established in 2008. Contributions to the Diversity Scholarship Fund make it possible for a greater number of children and families who value our school’s academic rigor and multidisciplinary curriculum to join the HDS family.

Fundraisers

The Hickory Day School family is known for its participation in all school activities, including fundraising. The HDS Parents Association sponsors a number of fundraisers each year that help to underwrite the cost of the quality education we provide. Read more about Parents Association activities.
